Support lead teachers in classroom instruction, providing academic, behavioral, and emotional assistance to students.
Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and help students stay engaged and organized.
Assist in adapting and differentiating classroom activities for students with special educational needs.
Supervise students during breaks, transitions, and lunch periods.
Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment.
Communicate observations and progress to teachers and the student support team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, flexible, and committed to helping every student succeed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred).
High level of spoken and written English (our instruction is primarily in English).
Legal right to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ADHD, ASD, or learning differences.
Familiarity with strategies for differentiation, positive behavior support, or executive function coaching.
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic school environment.
