Gross Monthly Salary: During the first school year, according to the current collective agreement tables (approximately €2,500 gross per month in 12 monthly payments per year, with all items included and extra payments prorated)
Schedule:
Three days a week from 9:20 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
One day from 9:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Fridays from 8:30 a.m. (teacher meeting) to 3:30 p.m.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is someone who believes in individualized education, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and finds joy in helping students develop both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Completing grades and evaluation reports and meeting with families.
Supervising student lunch 1-2 times/week.
Weekly teacher meetings.
Tasks related to the school's continuous improvement project, such as supervising and supporting students outside the classroom, developing protocols, updating curricula, supporting public relations projects, etc. Always at the request of the school principal.

We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, flexible, and committed to helping every student succeed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred).
High level of spoken and written English (our instruction is primarily in English).
Legal right to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ADHD, ASD, or learning differences.
Familiarity with strategies for differentiation, positive behavior support, or executive function coaching.
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic school environment.
